We handle a variety of class cases. However, most of our cases fall under the broad category known as "consumer class actions". These involve individuals who were the victims of either false advertising, hidden charges, illegal practices, or misrepresentations in the purchase of goods or services. We also handle cases involving securities, employment practices, shareholder derivative suits, real estate, and other issues.
